This post is actually one of the assignment from my Food Preservation Technology subject.
Oh by the way, I still have a year and half to complete my degree, in sha Allah.
So basically, it's not a really fiesta thingy.
We're assigned to make a group of at least 3 (my group members are aprilenna hazwani Oh do check them out! just click the names bruhh)
And then we need to make at least 3 kind of food that are preserved or made of something that is preserved, and of course jual lepas tuuuu hahahaha
We decided to have a theme of food which is Kuih Raya.
And we've made 3 kind of kuih raya (but there's one thing that is not really a kuih raya, but can also laaaahh called as kuih raya) which are honey cornflakes, nespray cookies and cheesekut!
Actually, I really love this kind of assignment or project. Because it is not something too serious. Of course an assignment is a serious thing. But, you can actually enjoy doing it and release some stress I think.
Yeah really!
For me, in a semester you need to have one (or two hehe) assignment that is not too serious or too formal. This can makes students HAPPY! and EXCITED! Or maybe I enjoyed it too much because I love cooking and baking perhaps? (tapi tak pandai mana puuuunn sobss)
So, this assignment has taught me on how to bake a new kind of kuih raya which is nespray cookieeeess. This cookies is aprilenna's recipe anyway. And it's really niceeee. You can order from her for raya next year, okay? And I have learnt on doing a small kind of business. Hazwani is really a calmer because she calmed us down when the things became a bit kucar kacir and serabut (she is really a happy-go-lucky girl which really likes to laugh after saying anythiiiingg)

Oh the video is a kind of lakonan balik because there's only a few videos of us doing the assignment (as we were really excited and forgot to record the process :( and I accidentally delete the video and cannot have the video back sobss) thats why only me on the video as I did the recording thingy during the raya break. Sorry madaaaamm :((
